- Databases
The aims of these working groups are to:
- Examine the situation and study problems and challenges
- Establish immediate and long-term objectives
- Explore the general context and the degree of urgency for measure implementation
- Identify the partners and organizations involved as well as the range of scenarios that may arise
- Propose concrete measures that meet shared aims and respond to practical management issues for the different scenarios
- Set out clear recommendations that include a summary of the aims, the forecasted cost, financing, schedule and evaluation criteria
